Getting a truck here
Where your message actually goes
One inbox, five queues. Naming the person or the topic gets you to the right one faster.
Stock, pricing and freight
Read by Wesley on the quote desk. Include quantity, liquid, grade if you know it, and a zip code and you will get a delivered price rather than a request for more information.
Condition disputes and pickups
Goes to Desmond, the yard manager. Photographs help enormously. If a container is not as graded we collect it ourselves at no charge.
Documents and chemistry
Priya handles wash certificates, prior-contents records, UN inspection records and compatibility questions. Attach the safety data sheet and you will get a definite answer.
Delivery and collection
Ingrid books every truck. Tell her about your dock, your forklift and any access constraints and she will plan around them rather than discovering them.
Custom builds
Tomás in the fabrication shop. A sketch is enough to start; he will come back with a materials list, a price and an honest opinion about whether the idea works.
Visits, press, complaints
Yard walk-throughs run most Wednesday mornings. Complaints go to Marisol directly and she answers them personally, which she would tell you is the only way it works.

Contacting us
Why is there no phone number?
Because we do not have one, and that is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight. Every request — quotes, pickups, freight, compliance documents, complaints — comes through one written channel so nothing is lost to a voicemail nobody checks and every answer is on the record. In practice it means you get a considered reply from someone who has looked at the stock, rather than a hold queue and a promise to call back.
How fast will I hear back?
Requests submitted during yard hours are usually answered the same business day, and almost always within one. Anything arriving over a weekend is answered Monday morning. If your request is genuinely urgent, put the deadline in the first line of the message field — we read those first.
Can I just turn up at the yard?
For will-call pickup of stock you have already arranged, yes, during opening hours. For a first visit or a walk-through we would rather you booked, so that someone is free to take you round and so that we have the containers you want to see pulled and ready. Steel-toe boots are required on the deck; high-vis is provided.
Where exactly is the yard?
1450 Bancroft Ave in Bayview–Hunters Point, between Third Street and the freeway. The gate is on Bancroft. Large trucks should approach from Third Street — the residential approach from the west has a turn that a 53 ft flatbed cannot make, which we have learned the hard way.
